Parent Cancellation of Services Form - Private client's ONLY To cancel automatic billing for the next month of tutoring, please complete the following online form. Cancellations must be received no later than close of business on the 10th of each month to be honored. Cancellations will be effective on the 15th of the month. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged for another month of tutoring per your Terms of Service agreement. We do not offer refunds for unused tutoring sessions.
