your privacy is important to us. Whether you are a customer or a
tutor or potential tutor, we want to make your privacy a priority.
Any information A to Z collects will only be used by A to Z. Any
personal information maintained by A to Z, which may include contact
information, unique identifier information, transactional and financial
information, is used to contact you for marketing and operational
purposes. If you supply your telephone number or e-mail address,
you may receive telephone calls or e-mails from us regarding our
services or promotions.
Our site contains forms primarily for registration purposes. These
forms are used to enable customers to request information about our
services and/or sign up for our services. Information from any forms
for tutors or potential tutors are used to gather information related
to tutoring opportunities with our company. Without your permission
or unless in good faith we believe in good faith the law requires

if A to Z merges with another company or is acquired by another company,

information gathered from customers will be used to bill customers

site that is not owned by A to Z or of any other links contained
in a third party’s site. Any links provided by A to Z to third

PRODUCT AND SERVICES INFORMATION
A to Z may make changes to any of its products and services, including
its policies and procedures at any time without liability. A to Z’s

North America.. Not all services may be available in all places so
any reference to services or products does not imply that A to Z
is available in all places.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be granted for completed tutoring
hours. Cancellation of services must be initiated per the Client
Terms of Service contract. Failure to comply with said cancellation
policy may result in automatic credit card charges per this agreement.
A to Z In-Home Tutoring is not responsible for reimbursement of lost
tutoring hours due to client unavailability or non-compliance with
the Client Terms of Service. If A to Z In-Home Tutoring LLC is unable
to provide tutoring within a reasonable period of time after the
initiation of Client Terms of Service, a full or partial refund may
be due to client at the discretion of A to Z In-Home Tutoring LLC.
WARRANTY AND OTHER DISCLAIMERS
THE A TO Z WEBSITE AND ITS MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS
IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. A TO Z DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES
THAT THE WEBSITE AND MATERIALS ARE FREE OF DEFECTS, VIRUS FREE AND
