A to Z In-Home Tutoring provides assessment testing to help parents and tutors identify the approximate skill level of students in the areas of reading, math and spelling. We use a variety of nationally norm-referenced tests that are widely used within the education community. Some of our tests are aligned with State Education Learning Standards and can assess your child’s proficiency based on these published grade specific standards.

We offer both the short and comprehensive tests. Both are excellent indicators of the grade level proficiency of students. Our testing is extremely affordable compared to other competitors. Call for details of the cost of testing in your area.

We do not offer testing for learning disabilities, but can provide excellent referrals to child psychologists in your area. Keep in mind, the challenges associated with many of your child’s potential learning disabilities can be addressed with one-on-one tutoring in a controlled environment. Our special education certified tutors are also very experience in working with children with dyslexia, attention deficit disorders, auditory and vision issues.
